Drawing FAQ
Q. How long does it take to complete your portraits?
My turnaround time for a drawing is typically 2-7 days. If you choose to have it printed, it will take an additional 3 to 11 business days for delivery
Q. Can you draw from separate pictures?
Absolutely! My work is designed to combine pictures from different eras into a single, cohesive portrait.
Q. What if I'm unsure about the quality of the photo I have and whether you can draw from it?
If you're unsure, you can message me directly on my Facebook page with your concerns. If you decide to proceed with placing the order, I will personally reach out if there are any issues with the photos you sent. If you don't receive a message from me within one day of purchased, chances are your photos are suitable for use.
Q. Do you have a maximum number of people you can draw in an artwork?
There is no limit. The largest group I've drawn so far included 27 people in Digital Colored Style. I'm now aiming to draw a group of 30 people, so let me know via contact if you'd like to be part of that!
Q. What if I prefer a full-body drawing?
The prices listed in my shop are for drawings that cover at least head to waist. If you prefer a full-body drawing, there will be an additional $10 per person in any style. Please contact us to avail.
Q. Can you draw pets?
Yes, pets are the same price as humans. Just include them in the quantity count as you would for a human.
Q. How are these portraits drawn?
The custom hand-drawn portraits are created using a Wacom drawing tablet. This allows us to make adjustments easily without compromising the artwork.
Q. Can you edit the picture if I don't like it?
Yes, I offer unlimited edits until you are satisfied. Client satisfaction is very important to me.
Order & Delivery FAQ
Q. What types of payment do you accept?
I accept PayPal and card payments via PayPal.
Q: How can I track my order if I placed a print copy?
Once you approve the drawing, it will be processed for printing. After the order is shipped, I will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your order.
Q. Where do you deliver print copies?
Print orders from the website are only available for shipping within the U.S. If you are from another country and would like a print, please contact us directly. However, you can still order from our portrait options and print it yourself if desired.
Q. Do you have any fast or express delivery options?
No, I prefer standard shipping (5-14 business days) as express delivery often encounters problems during shipping.
Q. What should I do if I haven't received an email from you after 7 days of placing my order?
If you haven't received any updates after 7 days, please check your spam, trash, and social folders. If you still can't find any emails, contact me via Live chat or message me directly on Instagram or Facebook with your order number.
