By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this refund and return policy.
Artwork refund
A refund for the drawing is possible if there is a valid reason, although this has never happened before because I always strive to create the best artwork possible.
If there's something you're not satisfied with or if you'd like minor changes, just let me know, and I'll revise the drawing until you're happy with it. Please note that requesting an entirely new drawing will be considered an additional service.
Print copies
Returns
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your print purchase. If your print arrives damaged or is misprinted, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund.
- Damaged or Misprinted Prints: If your print is damaged or misprinted, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery. Please provide a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos of the damaged item. We will then arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Order Errors: If you have ordered the wrong size, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. You can place a new order for the correct size.
- Buyer's Remorse: We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. However, we cannot offer refunds due to buyer's remorse.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or misprinted. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will either resend the order or issue a full refund.
- Incorrect Address: If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please provide us with the correct address, and we will resend the order at your expense.
Packaging Your Return
- To prevent damage during shipping, please ensure your return is securely packaged.
Refunds
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
