How to order

Learn how to order your personalized hand-drawn portraits with our easy step-by-step guide.

  • 1. Choose your preferred portrait art style

  • 2. Pick "Number of subject" for total amount of people to be drawn

    • Example: If you want you and your pet to be drawn, pick "2 subjects" option

  • 3. Upload your photos

    • These photos will be used as references for your artwork. Please ensure the photos are clear and show the subject well. The clothing shown in the photos will be drawn unless you provide specific instructions in the notes (next step).

      If I have any concerns about the photos you've uploaded, I will contact you before starting the artwork.

  • 4. Enter your instructions in "Note" textbox

    • This typically includes details such as eye color and arrangement.
    • This step is crucial, so please ensure you provide this information.

  • 5. Click "Add to cart"

  • 6. Proceed to checkout

  • 7. Enter your information in checkout

    • Enter your email address: The completed artwork and your order status will be sent to this email address.

  • 9. That's it!

    • Now all you need to do is wait for the artwork to be completed.
    • You will receive an email containing the artwork. You can also check the order status page for updates.

How to order print

  • 1. Choose your preferred print product here

  • 2. Select your preferred size of canvas

    • Important: When selecting the canvas orientation, consider the number of subjects in your portrait. For instance, fitting 8 subjects on a square canvas can be challenging and may not provide the best composition.

      Recommended orientation:
    • Group of people (3+) - Horizontal
    • Solo or 2 people - Vertical, Square or Horizontal
    • Memorial portrait - Vertical

  • 3. Click "Add to cart"

  • 4. Proceed to checkout

    • Check out your print item with your portrait item.
    • You can also order a print only if you've previously ordered a digital-only portrait. Just input your previous order number in the order notes.

  • 5. Enter your information in checkout

    • Enter your email address: The completed artwork and order status will be sent to this email address.
    • Enter your shipping address: Your print will be delivered to this address

  • 6. Approve artwork via email

    • After we complete your digital portrait, we'll send it to your email.
    • Important: Please reply to approve the print. We can't start printing until we have your approval.

  • 9. That's it!

    • Now all you need to do is wait for the print to be delivered.
