Choosing the Right Orientation
• When selecting the canvas orientation, consider the number of subjects in your portrait. For instance, fitting 8 subjects on a square canvas can be challenging and may not provide the best composition.

- Print orders from the website are only available for shipping within the U.S. If you are from another country and would like a print, please contact us directly. However, you can still order from our portrait options and print it yourself if desired. - Do you have any fast or express delivery options?

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your print purchase. If your print arrives damaged or misprinted, contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with a detailed description and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for order errors or buyer's remorse. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or misprinted. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.
For lost packages, contact our customer support team within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, resend the order or issue a full refund. If an incorrect address causes your order to be returned, you are responsible for reshipping costs. Secure packaging is essential for returns to prevent damage during shipping. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we verify the condition of the returned item.
